The scent is intense, complex, balsamic and spicy. It has hints of jam and fruit in alcohol and floral notes as well; the aging in wood also develops hints of cinnamon, cocoa and liquorice.

ts color is a bright deep ruby red.
On the nose, it is intense with a bouquet of red fruits
(such as cherry, blackberry, plum) and sometimes flowers (rose and violet).

PURPURRÌ
PARTIALLY FERMENTED RED MUST
Its color is light ruby red with pink reflections; its bubbles are fine and persistent.
The scent is intense, aromatic with notes of rose and small red fruits such as wild strawberries.
On the palate the sweetness is well balanced by the acid freshness.
